The double rooms were an ok size and the lockers were a good size to fit bags in. Location was great, right on Arab street and public transport easy too. Easy check in and checkout process.

The location is the best, it doesn't get more central than this! Friendly female receptionist on site (though not 24/7). The space pod itself was a cool experience, and we had 2 surprisingly comfortable nights in it.

Not being able to turn off all the led lights at night, specifically for the outlet fan. This made it difficult to sleep.

Where should I start…from the first moment we felt very welcomed. I forgot my cellphone in the taxi and Ray was very helpful and kind, he did his best that I get it back. We recived many tips not just about Singapore but also our next destination Kuala Lumpur. The pods are spacious and clean, there are enough showers and they are being cleaned daily. The location is great in the middle of the Arab quarter with many food option open till late in the night. you even get a discount at one of them by showing the card of the hostel. The next metro station is reachable by foot and there is also a mall close by. If I will ever come back I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!!!

Great location and service, but let down by persistent noise from guests Getting here from Changi Airport is extremely convenient. The location is excellent, with many tourist attractions, dining, and shopping options nearby. The place is very clean, and the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. This was my second stay here, and I still think it is a wonderful place overall. However, my experience was significantly marred by some Mandarin-speaking guests who were extremely noisy. They played music on loudspeakers and chatted loudly well into the early hours of the morning. Their phones were not on silent mode, and message tones rang almost all night long. I personally approached them the following day to politely request they keep their phones on silent at night, but unfortunately, my request was ignored. The noise from their message notifications continued through the second night until they finally checked out on the third day. Although I tried to contact the staff during the incident, the issue wasn't addressed, perhaps due to the late hour. While there are English reminders on the wall, they were clearly ignored by these guests. It seems to be a behavioral issue with certain individuals who show zero consideration for others. I would strongly suggest the hotel provide bilingual (English and Mandarin) reminders regarding quiet hours and verbally emphasize this policy during check-in to ensure all guests understand the house rules. It is a pity that such a great hostel's atmosphere is ruined by the lack of effective noise control.
