One of the ladies at the reception was very rude. Cutting us off while we were talking. She should be trained that if you don’t agree with a customer (which is fine) you can still give the customer respect. She only apologised after a colleague told her that her behaviour was unacceptable in the service industry.

This is the third time we have stayed at M Social. We have always enjoyed our stays and this time is no different. The facilities are great, the Wi-Fi is super fast and breakfast has something for everyone. The location is also good, close to one train station and closish to another. Getting around Singapore from this hotel is super easy. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the overall experience at the hotel is great. One thing I love is that they don't expect a deposit, interestingly, because I only have debit cards (no credit cards for decades now), some hotels are a real struggle.
