“We had a very comfortable stay here. Must recommend to everyone travelling Singapore with family”
Location was bang on. MRT was at a 2min walk. Bugis street, little India, Haji lane, Arab street were walking distance away. It was near fortune center which had lot of vegetarian food options. Room was very clean. Staff was humble. It was a 10/10 property for that price.

“Amazing and very comfortable stay with amazing customer service from all”
I liked the room size, bathroom size, the quiet fridge, little window seating area. The under bed storage is a good idea but my suitcase was too big for it. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing, it had a big selection of all of Singapores cultures, it was different everyday and it all tasted nice (served 6:30-10:00). I loved that on the floor there was a water dispenser for cold and hot. I loved this place, it made my trip even better. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I slept very well especially having been traveling for a month. The lift is good and modern, they are currently fixing some lifts but it doesn't really affect you. I forgot to check out the gym. The smart TV is a good size and perfectly aligned with the bed, it has the modern netflix, YouTube, Spotify for you to sign in. The TV also has TV channels so I was watching worldwide TV. There are usb plugs!

Ibis Singapore Bencoolen is at great location, convenient for transportation by bus and MRT. In front of hotel have 2 bus stops, we mostly can go every travel destinations with these 2 stops. MRT station is at next 2 block, about 400m walking, DT line. Can go to Expo, then change CG line to Changi. The behind of hotel is resident, can go for normal food (from 8am).... The hotel staff are nice. The room is quite small, but it is ok. The hotel restaurant is quite expensive so we eat outside.
