Very helpful staff. Miss clary, and Mr. Chen were very helpful, and polite. Helped me with umbrella when it was raining. Helped me with luggage drop as I had arrived early. Complimentary breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Ideally located near lavender MRT. Best for solo/ family travellers.

The hotel is very convenient for the MRT and there is a shopping mall very close too. The swimming pool on the roof was wonderful after a hot day exploring

“Overall pleasant stay”
It was walking distance to some hawker centres nearby and to the mrt station. It had a small shop just by the entrance to buy water and biscuits.

“Perfect for an overnight before heading on a cruise.”
Location was amazing, good supermarket availability, close to MRT. Shower wasn't the best. Pool was pokey, narrow but swimmable.
