The room was big enough for us, we were family with 1 toddler and 2 adults. The room was clean, the location was really near to the bus stop, the staff were good, too.

This Hotel is more likely a prison. My stay was awful here. I came from Europe to Asia, to explore the tropical weather and rainforest. What this hotel is made from my trip? I got ill because there is a freezing cold temperature in whole hotel. Like if they would import penguins from Antarctica. I had to sleep in thick long sleeve pants and sweater and also a jacket, like if I would be in a base camp of Mount Everest. Absolutely nonsense, this is a tragical comedy. The Air conditioning cannot blow hot air in the room. The central air con. is blowing cold air to your room even in turned off mode. The windows cannot be opened by a security measure (there is no way for you to get some hot air to raise temperature to an acceptable level and not get ill..). And if this is not “enough” the freezing cold air will flow into your room from under the door… and you will feel it all the time… The room is so cold because of these factors and the fact that air conditioning is operated in all spaces of the hotel that there is a freezing cold air in your room. You got ill from cold air conditioning on the equator of the Earth 😭😭😭😭😭😭 My stay was totally ruined because of this inhuman idiotism 👌

I had a wonderful stay at the Ibis Budget Singapore Emerald. The staff were incredibly courteous, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. Housekeeping did an excellent job, ensuring the room was organized and spotless every day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore and looking for a comfortable budget stay, and I would gladly stay here again.

Room was very clean with daily maintenance. Location of the hotel was great! Staff was very nice and hospitable.

This hotel was for a stay for 2 days absolutely ok. The room was clean the bed comfortable and the location was also ok. In 5 minutes walk you can find many restaurants in the geylang street. the next MRT Kallang wad a 10 minutes walk and bring you in15 minutes into the city, chinatown or little india. For me it was a perfect value for moey.

Convenient location. 15min walk to Lavender train station and easy enough to get a grab. Lots of local restaurants in the area and there is a vending machine and orange juice machine outside the lobby. The room is small and basic but a comfortable place to rest.

Room was clean and as described Facilities at the hotel were minimal but that's not a problem as its in a busy residential and commercial area with many shops, restaurants etc. The location was good for food etc Hotel was great value for Singapore and in line with other nearby hotels

Good location, clean and tidy foyer, helpful and welcoming staff. Basic, clean room with twin single beds. Provided kettle / tea /coffee. Bench for luggage storage.

The hotel itself is really good ; clean and bedroom was ok . The staff is very friendly amd nice and they look after you.

“Great for a bed and a shower”

Look, the rooms did the job. I was here for the Grand Prix and it was a place to leave from, come back and have a shower and then return to after the gp and have another shower. It did that job perfectly. Bed is comfy and the room is just the right size
