Good room and wonderful staff. Arrived at 10am for one night and room was ready, they asked if we would like a late checkout at 1pm, and also offered if we were flying out late they would store our bags and give us a room to have a shower before going to airport. All for free, wonderful service.

it's very cost effective, it's very well located and the staff was very nice.

There are several buses and MRT stops close by to get from Bencoolen to all other districts. It was very warm but we even walked from Haji Lane back to the hotel. There are several restaurant options close by (nothing fancy but good!), convenience stores and generally felt very safe (post-dinner digestive walks ;)).

Location was excellent and easy access to 5 MRT subway lines within 800m walking distance. Water filters in the rooms instead of plastic bottled water, and breakfast is available if added to your stay.

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Our flight was at 2.30am but we were able to leave our luggage and use a room twice, once after shopping to get changed for Raffles and one to shower and change for the flight home.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location was very convenient, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions and restaurants.

What a fabulous place to stay. Yes the rooms are small, but we expected this and you don't spend much time in them. We arrived early and were able to book straight in. Housekeeping was done every day, even though we didn't ask for it. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. They left a gift in our room on my birthday. We were able to store our bags as our flight out was a late one and were allowed to use a room to have a shower to freshen up. The pool was fantastic and it is super easy to walk and get the mrt to anywhere. Would recommend to everyone.

The location was great. The train station was right beside it. Walkable distance to a lot of places.

Good location with easy access to MRT station. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The hotel was clean overall and convenient for a short stay in Singapore.

The 17 sq. meter room was spacious enough to be comfortable for spending a few hours in. A nice extra was that they stored our luggage after checkout until our departure. Another big plus was the complimentary 45-minute room they offered before leaving, which was very convenient for showering and freshening up.
