Everything was excellent, staff: super friendly and helpful - they even helped us finding a good hairdresser, shoe repair shop etc. The coffee and tea selection - including fresh milk - in the room was perfect! We also took part in an exciting Laksa cooking course at Four Seasons! We absolutely loved it!! Will definitely come back.

“Exceptional service and great located hotel.”
Beautiful hotel and wonderful stay. True 5* experience. From the moment you arrive, staff rush to open your car door, greet you and take your luggage/ shopping bags. Check in (and check out) were seamless. The corridors were properly carpeted and fabric walls meant the stay was very very quiet and you will get a good nights rest. The bed was plump and pillow menu meant I could still have my memory foam pillow even when on holiday. We were welcomed with Singaporean snacks- Irvin’s, mango juice the cutest mini pandan cake, and little marshmallow pops which were gladly received by my children. The little touches truly made our stay exceptional from the child sized slippers and robe, rainbow toothbrush and minion toothpaste for my daughter and kid friendly toiletries. The gym was the most beautiful hotel gym I’ve seen. Well equipped and designed. Plenty of space for your workouts. Cold towels and electrolyte drink provided. Enough different machines so I could workout daily without getting bored. The location of the hotel was perfect. 5 mins from the shops on Orchard.

“Good hotel for a few days”

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the facilities were kept in pristine condition. The central location made commuting easy. “Life saver for a family trip”
This hotel was chosen to accomodate a travel stopover on the way to Shanghai. Parents were very happy with the hotel choice, the food at the restaurant (Jiang Nan), and overall service. Very grateful to see the care and attention once the situation was explained to staff. Really helped to make the overall trip a great success. It was also a benchmark experience for when we arrived in Shanghai at a hotel I had not specifically chosen. At that hotel, even the staff agreed that the Four Seasons is the benchmark.

“Great stay”
The staff were exceptional, discreet and courteous-from the front desk, to Jack of housekeeping who left us the sweetest note and Kenneth of guest relations who organised a special birthday surprise for my niece. The room was well lit, well-appointed and plush and the shower was amaazing.

The staff are excellent-discreet and courteous, they go the extra mile from housekeeping where Jack tidied up my charger cables, to Margie of the front desk who sorted our extended stay and the guest relations team who arranged a special birthday surprise for my niece. The rooms are well appointed and the bed is so comfortable.

“Elegance on a busy island”
The Four Seasons Singapore is a gem proportionate to the size of the island. I have tried to stay at other hotels, but invariably none of them meet the standard to get into my highly subjective 'approved' list. The location is perfect for my needs - central to everything, shopping, culture, food, as well as if you need to get to the CBD or MBFC. It just does the simple things well, because the staff are lovely. And when they don't get it right, they make even more effort to get it right next time.
