“useless”

I have issue with my landlord who have not arrange the accomodation which i have booked via booking.com. in the first day 03/11/2021 after my arrival i got to know the room which i have booked wasn't available. The landlord request me to stay in a small room next to staircase. He informed me that he will arrange the room which I have booked by Saturday night since I got confirmation on booking.com I agreed for couple of days. Yesterday he offer me another bigger room for temporarily. And today the room which I booked is still not vacated by earlier tenant he is now pushing me to the small room which is next to the stair.and before arranging room for me he have agreed for new occupant, and asking me to shift the smallest room. Kindly contact the landlord to arrange the room which I have booked earlier or refund me the money. Which might help me for find new accomodations. The total amount $953.37(inclusive of tax) the amount deducted from my account is $877.10. Till than I will not move out from the room which I’m staying currently. Since 3rd Nov I never get room that I booked.The landlord promised me on Saturday night your room is available so you can check in. So I was waited. But on Friday night he told me that your room still not available. So he give me the largest suite room for me. He said this the availability now so I manage to give you. In that case I shift all my stuff into that room. Then the next day afternoon he call me and told that the room was given to me is double booked again so he ask me to shift my stuff again into the place I stay the first 3days. And without my permission he shift all my stuff into that place before I am back from work. Once I call him and told this not the place I booked from you this place not comfortable for please arrange the room I booked from you. Then the landlord told me room all booked not available. And also he rude to me and told if not you just get out from my house.
