Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and modern. Location was a 5 minute walk from Doby Ghaut station so only a short train ride into downtown without paying the downtown accommodation prices

“An OK experience, no more, no less.”
This is very much a 'what you see is what you get' hotel - a bit tired but OK in most respects, well situated about 400 yards from a decent shopping centre, with young and enthusiastic staff who were reasonably responsive for the most part. The pool on the roof-top was a bonus.

“Charming hosts, great location and excellent facilities who could ask for more!”
We had brilliant service with smallish rooms but they were very clean and we had a huge bed. The hotel is also very well located.

“Good stay in a great location”
Great location. The hotel is modern. The staff was helpful upon check-in. The room size wasn't huge, but it was enough for a night. It has a rooftop pool, which is a great extra.

Breakfast was ok though I would have preferred the food at the café lobby but they were closed on Monday. I like the filtered water tap. Soap and shampoo quality was great

Free ice cream between 3 and 6, what more do I need to say? Nice rooms, staff very welcoming and helpful. Great little cafe/restaurant built into the hotel next to reception which does a fantastic flat white and nice food. Rooftop pool very clean.

Great location - 5 minutes walk to Fort Canning Park, Dhabi Ghaut metro, Plaza Singapura, bus stops. Rooms are stylish and spotless. Nice rooftop pool.

“A great spot to stay!”
The hotel is well designed with thoughtful touches such as reading lamps by the bed, and key cards that identify your floor in the lift when you swipe them. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and there is a cafe in the lobby if you are looking for a more budget friendly option than hotel breakfast. The pool was excellent with towels provided and is open late enough for a post dinner swim! The hotel is located conveniently to bus and MRT stations and we enjoyed walking to Fort Canning park from the hotel.

A wonderful hotel in a great location with a great service, free beverages and ice cream, and a great pool. The room was very quiet and very clean. The AC was adjustable and worked great.
