Every single thing. The curated details. The mini bar, the chocolates, the tote bag for pool use, the rambutans as welcome fruit platter. The to die for views. The byredo toiletries are amazing, I smell divine after a shower. Sound proofing is good, the staff were service oriented and proactive. The housekeeping ladies were very helpful and generous. The 1st floor lobby staff were very quick to address anyone who needs help. The 2 staff opening doors and helping with luggages were very friendly and eager to help. Love the vibrant and refreshing staff uniforms. Breakfast was quaint but everything was done well, laksa is one of the best I had at hotel buffets. Latte was so tasty, we both had to have 2 cups each. Bathtub was deep and great for a soak. Showers are strong. Location is SUPERB. Train station nearby, tan quee lan food street is nearby. Bugis is a great place to stay with city vibes mixed with heritage. Highly recommend for tourist. Pillows and firmness of bed is 5stars. Bedroom slippers are really plush. I had the most rested and comfortable birthday staycay ever. Thank you Andaz.

“An excellent stay in Singapore”

This is a great hotel. Location is superb to visit the surrounding neighborhoods but it is also a perfect base to explore the rest of the city. In fact, the hotel has a direct access to the Bugis station in the basement where the DT and EWL lines intersect. The hotel is very clean, the staff is responsive, attentive and very polite. The room was big, quiet, comfortable and with a great view on Kampon Glam. Pool and common areas are also very clean and easy to enjoy. Overall, we had a great time and would come back here should we visit Singapore again.

Friendly staff, excellent service! The Andaz is located about the Bugis MRT stop and is so very convenient. But it is the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the excellent amenities (especially the pool and roof top bar) that make the Andaz a fabulous stay.

Breathtaking views from the room, located in the heart of the city with kind staff, carrying a service mindset. Outstanding breakfast for all cultures and tastes, whatever your taste wishes for. Lovely Restaurants, especially the 665° on the 38th floor and the amazing roof top terrace, serving drinks and snacks in a fabulous atmosphere. Gym and pool are lovely and the whole hotel provides a very good experience.

“Great Hotel overlooking the city”

Excellent breakfast for all cultural needs and tastes. Three buffets and open kitchen to provide people with an utmost choice. Excellent restaurants on site and the highlight is the roof top bar overlooking Singapore. All in all a lovely experience and we would always come back.

Loved the little extras, like the free mini bar and tea and snacks in the sun room. The staff were always helpful. The location was great and having the train just below made travelling to places so easy. The room was clean and spacious. The infinity pool with a great view over the city was an added bonus. Could not fault the hotel. A big thanks to Bernadette who was so helpful.

Spacious room, great Bathroom, fantastic having an iron and ironing board. Good view. The staff who serviced my room were exceptional. The staff also downstairs level two on the door were amazing with their help, so courteous and kind. The baby pool or children’s pool was also excellent, especially seeing it was away from the main pool.
