The peacefulness, serenity, location.

It was nice hotel in nice place, personel was so helpfull. Breakfast was quite enough and we can Walk from the hotel to uss and beaches easily.

The check in experience was excellent with Sit being friendly and efficient. She was patient to answer all my questions. Room was excellent. Location was good as I was able to walk to all the beaches using the beach walk. Breakfast was a disappointment. First the location, the Tea Room was either not big enough or it was not well thought. First day we sat outdoor which was ok, just the tables were still wet and not ready to accept guests. The coffee cups were dirty and we had to use disposables. 2nd day I was on my own as my husband had to leave early, the entire room was full at 10 am and I had to be at the glass room? Anyway I was alone and had to share with other families. Why cant you separate the tables into smaller groups of 2 or 4 so that the solo travellers could eat their breakfast in peace. You should know how many people you are expected for breakfast or tell us the guests to come at a certain time due to comfort purposes. It is such a shame for a beautiful property to not cater for breakfast appropriately and the staff there are just not up to mark. Overall I had a pleasant stay. Thanks for the Front Desk, Concierge and the Buggy folks.

The staff are lovely and when we raised concerns regarding our original room and the state of the building, we were upgraded to the new building which was 5 star worthy. This building had a lovely pool and incredible room. The proximity to Weave, universal and Sentosa bus is fantastic. An easy 5 ish minute walk. Great location. If we only had experience this new room, I would rate this hotel 5 stars.

“Oasis in the heart of Sentosa”

Walking distance to the beach, beach restaurants and other main attractions like USS and the Oceanarium. Staff was incredible throughout our stay. Kid-friendly facilities. The verandah room was massive.

Location and quietness

Cozy stay. Had a room with balcony and ocean view. Property is located in a perfect place , walkimg distance from most landmarks like universal studios. Staff was polite and helful.

Comfortable n quiet, helpful and attentive staff that is Jasper, went the extra mile in driving guests to nearest drop off to catch the monorail to Convention centre although he had explained options in getting there.

Breakfast Selection was relatively good. If only mussli was in the selection would be prefect. The layout of the room i stayed was nice and the staff are generally helpful and accommodating. Shout out to the philipino lady at the restaurant, she’s most helpful, no request is too extreme. I noticed not only she’s nice to guests, her warmth and gentle words also extend to both her full and part time colleague ! She’s fabulous can tell she loved her job. the crew in that restaurant are fabulous !

Wanted a staycation for mother’s day and bring the kids to USS, so location was convenient.

Great location on Sentosa Island. Fabulous old colonial style buildings on acreage. Beautiful gardens and peacocks.
