“Great value for the location and space”
The location was terrific- 2mins walk to Stevens MRT Station and nearby bus-stops. Supermarket, Italian restaurant, cafe and McDonalds’ in the building. Laundry room ($5/use of either washer or dryer, tokens available for cash from reception) Access to Anytime Fitness in building also included 1BR is very spacious with an adequately equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), walk in closet, separate shower and toilet stalls. Extremely practical layout. Great value for the location and space.

“Gtreat place to stay.”
Very nice and big place to stay.. Bed was fine and i slept like a baby. Close to several facilities (cold storage and other shops) Too bad i was there during CNY so there was no service during those 3 days.. Close of the Stevens MRT so access to the whole city using DT and TEL line. Food court at Newton is just one stop away. Fitness was perfectly arranged there

Staff are lovely, beds are comfortable and all amenities are very accommodating to families with children. The location is perfect, it's very close to my family and convenient for public transport all over Singapore. This is our 2nd time at this accommodation and we will definitely be back again.

“Good place for long stay”
Available space is indeed great! Sleeping room not small and. extra living room plus extra kitchen ... all together 60 + sqm. Literally 3 minutes walking to MRT bringing you everywhere in SG. Botanical garden only 1 station - nice morning jogg BTW. Small and unfortunately expensive supermarket downstairs, but open daily 8-10pm!! Very convenient! Pool is pretty much ok. Never checked the gym but seems pretty much ok. Spent 6 weeks in the end and will return!

“The property made the Holiday”
The property was a lot bigger than I expected , super large living room large bed room nice dinning area and well equipped kitchen. The property had two tv`s one in the living room and one in the bed room both with star hub box`s DVD player and surround sound system in the living room. The kitchen had Fridge freezer, micro wave, toaster and a four ring electric hod and hoven no washing machine but on site laundry S$ 5.00 a wash

“Singapore gem”
Location, location not right in City Centre but 150 meters from Stevens MRT. The apartment was well appointed spacious and fully equipped. Downstairs was a good Italian restaurant Mecca's minimal 2 gyms, a modern Cafe and a hairdresser.

“Wonderful and relaxing”
The facilities available in the apartments were fully complete and convenient even for a longer stay. Location wise, it is not too far from balmoral plaza which offers a few restaurants and shops. The property is also just a five minute walk away from Stevens MRT, which is a convenient link to the Orchard area and the rest of the island.
