“Excellent, would happily stay again”
An excellent stay, room and bathroom were new, modern and clean. The bed was massive and super comfortable. Location perfect. Checkout experience great, offered use of the pool area with showers etc to freshen up before flight. 10/10 experience, would happily stay again.

Great hotel, wonderful room with comfortable bed and great shower. Fantastic location, walkable to places but also right near the MRT station so easy to explore all of Singapore! The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Just wish we'd tried the pool!

“Ideal location for exlporing Singapore”
Very good choice for exploring Singapore. The hotel's biggest advantage is its proximity to public transport (the Bencoolen MRT station and buses just a few steps away). There are also food courts and a 7-Eleven nearby. The room was clean and quite, with comfortable bed. The staff were polite and always ready to assist. A huge plus was the luggage storage service after checkout until our flight.

“Great central location for Singapore tourists.”
Excellent location, opposite Bencoolen MRT exit, close to walk to Bras Basah MRT too. Can easily reach this hotel using MRT from Changi Airport (with one change) but taxi is quicker. Clean, comfortable, moody lighting, sufficient room for two people, bathroom is compact but adequate. Bugis shopping area is about 10min walk away. My elderly father required a shower chair which they provided promptly, so the service was much appreciated. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

“Best hotel in Singapore”
This hotel has a great location very close to the train and bus station. If you want to explore after checking out, you can shower when you return before continuing your journey. Super! The staff is exceptionally friendly.

“Comfortable stay”
Easy access to Bencoolen station. Wi-Fi was fast and good air conditioning. Housekeeping was friendly. Beds were comfortable and lots of desk space. Rooms are modern with ample plugs. Short walk distance to many malls and eats.

“Well located to explore Singapore”
Very well located with multiple bus stops outside the hotel and nearby. The hotel a 1 minute walk from Bencoolen MRT and has a 7/11 store outside. I would recommend this hotel to others.

“Lovely, clean and calm hotel.”
Rooms were a good size and they were very clean. Lovely shower, great products and rooftop pool was a nice addition. Location is great and across the road from the subway. Staff were nice and helpful.
