The room rate was so cheap that I stayed there just to see what it was like. To my surprise, the room was really clean. The parking lot was a bit cramped, but I managed to find a spot.

“A suitable stop as I cycled towards Chaing Mai. Some great cheap food in town as well!”
They let me keep my bicycle in the room and gave me one on the ground floor.

“No frills apartment suitable for a night’s sleep”
As with every bed I’ve been in whilst in Thailand it was firm and comfortable. There is a 7-11 nearby, a vegan cafe a little further down and a very good coffee shop around the corner (Mr Ball Coffee).

Would recommend staying here. Very clean. Had a balcony with an airer. Hot water for the shower. Bed was a bit hard for me, but still slept well. Clean pillows and bedding. We were even allowed to put our bicycles in the room. Walking distance to local food stalls and supermarkets.

“Reasonable”
Staff were helpful and pleasant. Bed was hard near as hard as the floor. Internet was hopeless after finally getting access was slow connection. Uses a proxy server and drops the connection each time I logged out and have to reconfigure again.
