Situated on the outskirts of Sineu, 6 minutes’ drive from the historic centre, s’Estada offers a private house with a year-round outdoor pool. You can reach both Alcudia and Can Picafort Beaches within 30 minutes by car. The holiday home is composed of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped with a hairdryer and a A/C in the area of the rooms as well as heating and fireplace in the living room-kitchen.. A dishwasher and an oven can be found in the kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided in this country house. Other facilities at S´Estada include a barbecue. The village of Sineu has Mediaeval streets and a famous market on Wednesdays which offers a wide variety of foods. There are many restaurants and the village is connected to other cities by a regular train line. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 40 minutes’ drive from the property. The nearest golf club, Golf Park Puntiró Mallorca, is 25 km from the holiday home.

Excellent value for money. Ground floor villa only, ideal for family with two children like us, 4y and 5y old. Airco. Swimming pool with water at very nice temperature and properly maintained/cleaned. Beautiful maintained terras, garden and plants: done daily by gardener. Parking spot. Very private. Historic feel, yet contemporary and comfortable.

We enjoyed the finca very much and had a wonderful week in Sineu. Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing holiday!
