We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the biggest reason is the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming — not only toward us, but also toward our pets. The staff treated our animals with genuine warmth and respect, which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Any questions or small requests were handled with patience and care, and the overall atmosphere was calm, supportive, and truly pet-friendly — not just in words, but in actions. It’s rare to find a place where both guests and their animals feel equally welcome, and this hotel truly delivered. We are very grateful for such a positive experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for travelers with pets 🤍
