“I did not like the noisy hvac in the room, nor the scratchy toilet tissue and hand tissue.”
Numerous breakfast options, all good. Coffee was very good and hot. Very clean and presentation was good.

“Never again.”
Booking didn't reach to the hotel, although it was confirmed by Booking.com. Had to call Booking.com by myself, waiting in the line for nearly an hour. Breakfast was horrible, no cleaning, no customer service, no nothing. The excuse for that very low service is COVID-19. Please take a look at Hampton Inn in Vienna. There's COVID-19 too, but a way better service in any kind.
