Choosing a hotel in Sint-Maarten or Saint-Martin is not easy when you have never been there. We chose this resort based on the location, the reviews, the price and the facilities...and did not regret our decision for one minute. Here is why: 1) the location near the airport, near Simpson Bay, near Maho Beach and on the beach is excellent 2) the staff was amazing, all the people working at this resort were helpful and friendly 3) the property is very well run and it has everything you may need like many pools, many restaurants and a few stores and much more 4) the room was perfect, clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and the water 5) the kitchenette was well equipped with a small refrigerator and a micro-wave, plates, glasses, utensils and more 6) a station to take your temperature because of Covid and an antigen test were right in the hotel and photocopies of the ''negative results'' were printed for us 7) a free shuttle was available to take us shopping and to restaurants in Simpson Bay 8) the WI-FI was free and excellent 9) the lounge chairs and towels were available to all the guests free of charge at the pools and at the beach 10) the resort felt very safe 11) there is a tour desk to help you with excursions 12) the grounds are beautifully manicured with flowers everywhere 13) we were allowed a late departure without an extra cost 14) overall, this place is a world-class resort!

The property is nicely located in the Simpson bay, good accessibility to shops, restaurants and beaches. The beaches are small yet nice! A few good restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. We had a spacious room with ocean view which was magnificent. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very friendly staff!

An amazing hotel in a great part of the island. The breakfast in the Mexican restaurant is varied and always great food. Lovely staff who are always happy to have a chat and help you in any way.

The best feature is the great pool with pool bar overlooking the stunning Simpson Bay. The pool bar was great and the bar staff was great as well. The iguanas that hang out on the rocks beside the sea were interesting to see as well (they didn’t try to actually come into the pool area thankfully!) The sunset view from the room was good as well. The place was clean and comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, the room was large and had a balcony overlooking Simpson Bay with excellent views. The bathroom was spacious and power shower worked fine. Spare towels in the wardrobe. Big flat screened TV with lots of channel choice. Whilst many have commented on the hard bed I actually thought it was comfortable and so we’re the pillows and linen. Coco’s beach bar for cocktails was fabulous especially the Simpson Bay cocktail. Nice pool are with comfortable sun-beds and cushions. Lovely grounds full of green lush lawns and Pam trees. There is a convenient ‘shop’ in the lobby selling alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks along with some foodstuffs. Breakfast was good but could have been better. The fresh fruit being the highlight. There is a large PIN code safe in the room which was very welcome and easy to use.

The swimming pool was great, the semiprivate beach with the free lounge chairs is amazing, and the room was super comfortable. Beds and pillows were the best we've tried in any hotel, ever. The location is also great and lots of taxis available. There are no bugs, no wasps and very few mosquitoes. They have done a great job of keeping them out. Breakfast was especially good too, with lots of mexican options and custom omelettes. Also the Aqua mania activities right in the resort were great!
