“Would not stay at any Hilton Hotels in the future.”
Room cleanliness plus. This is a Hilton resort, and we were very surprised to be confronted by a salesman trying to get us to borrow US$40,000 at 13.99% for future stays in Hilton hotels, etc. His presentation lasted for 2 hours in a room where it was very cold. Surely this detracts from the "Hilton" accommodation overall. A nasty experience. There were several salesmen trying to get other guests to buy. The restaurant was a total disappointment. A "shack" on the beach manned by only one person who was rushed off her feet. Poor lady, as she was trying her best. That's it for future stays at any Hilton hotels. Am never going to stay at another Hilton hotel.

Staff very helpful. Plenty of options for restaurants within walking distance. Gym was great ( although tiny).

Staff friendly, sorted out for us to keep same room despite booking being split into 3 separate sets of nights. Bar staff coped admirably with an obnoxious and drunk customer who was disrupting everyone's evening.
