Had the essentials. Ms Kay was very helpful. The apartment had two swimming pools and a jacuzzi to use. Beach towels were also available.

“Peaceful gateway”

I stayed two times, in apartment A at the road side and apartment 6 at the sea side. Both weer big apartments with full equipped kitchen. A was a bit updated, specially the bathroom. It was a studio. Big cooking island. No real outdoor space. 6 has a separate bedroom, ensuite. De living room was a bit small. Table outside on the balcony. Beautiful views. Both kitchens are workable, big refrigerators. The infinitypool next apartment 6 is beautiful. Deep enough. Not spaced enough for swimming. Personal are sweet and helpful.

The common complex for all the guests is very nice with pools,grill,loungers etc..

There is a nice view to the ocean and a fresh Breeze at all times the rooms were comfortable everything worked the price was great and the location worked well for us

The Stay at this place did not happen. Same day, shortly before boarding to Saint Martin the host cancelled the booking, claiming the credit card details were not correct. Saying so to different credit cards, that actually worked the same time at the airport. Checked with the bank, they did not even try to charge the card. I am pretty sure, they suddenly wanted to give the room to someone else and did not want to be fined by booking for breaking the contract.

Blue Sail Apartments is set in a genuinely a, peaceful area with lovely ocean views—perfect if you want to unwind away from busy tourist spots. Despite the quiet location, it’s still within easy walking distance of restaurants and places to eat, which strikes a nice balance. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable, and although simple (sheet and blanket rather than a duvet), it still made for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of glassware, plates, and essentials like washing-up liquid, making it easy to settle in for a longer stay. A real highlight was Ms Kay, the host. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to make the stay smooth—including arranging for Steve to help carry luggage on arrival, which was especially appreciated given the tricky access path. That personal touch made a big difference. The two mini swimming pools are a nice bonus—perfect for a quick dip to cool down. Overall, the property offers good value for money, and after a week’s stay, it felt like a relaxing and comfortable base.

I only stayed one night as I had a long connection between flights. I was able to access my apartment easily with the instructions given by the host. The apartment itself was spacious and would definitely be suitable for a longer stay. It was equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker and there are shops not too far away. Sadly I didn't get to take advantage of the pools but they looked very good. The location isn't noisy and I imagine it would be great base for a longer stay.

“Fantastic value for money”

Fantastic value for money, best deal I could find on the island. We had the small apartment F, which is a "basement" apartment. We didn't mind that it didn't have a view, but but we didn't stay a lot of nights. You step outside, and you literally have an ocean view. The swimming pool was lovely, the airco and fridge worked, the bed was comfortable, shower worked. We arrived before official check in, but we could drop off our luggage earlier and when we showed up to do that, our apartment had just been cleaned. Contact with Miss Kay went well via WhatsApp on airport WiFi. It's a nice neighbourhood, supermarkets and lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance.

Location.

Loved the location. Loved the sound of the birds and enjoyed watching the Iganuas on the property. Hanging and swimming in the pool over looking the ocean was a bonus. Nice and quiet location as well. Very very friendly and helpful staff members.

The property itself was okay, the nicest part is definitely the view from the communal pool. The manager responded in good time on WhatsApp. The location is good.

The property was clean and well-equipped -I could have stayed all week! Area felt safe and plenty of nearby restaurants. Great area for relaxing and just watching the sea.

Ms. Kay Manners was very helpful when we saw her as she helped out whenever she could. The pool was beautiful and the vegetation and property were colorful and well kept.
