We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. The bedsheet had visible stains, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The mattress was old and sagging, causing back pain for my family, and the pillows were too thin, resulting in neck discomfort. The room was not soundproof — we could clearly hear conversations from the next room and even voices from Room 101 near the ironing area, which affected our privacy and rest. However, we would like to sincerely thank the night staff who treated us kindly and was very helpful during our stay. Their service was appreciated. Overall, this was not a comfortable stay for us, and we do not plan to return.
