“A well-kept villa in a wonderful hill village.”

Simou is a wonderful village to stay in. Very remote but with an outstanding Taverna 1 minute walk from the villa run by Maria and her mother. The house was incredibly clean and recently painted. Hosts very responsive and everything in good working order. Lovely pool and the working fireplace was a bonus in the cool winter months.

Beautiful villa, very comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s very quiet & private. Property is very rural, you will definitely need a car. We didn’t see a taxi or bus during our whole week stay. Closest supermarket is about 10/15 minute drive. Two very lovely authentic restaurants about a minutes walk from the villa. We were woken regularly at night by cockerels and a local dog opposite barks a lot. So if you’re light sleepers like us they may wake you too. The pool was a little too cold for us to spend an extended amount of time in but we still enjoyed it.It averaged around 21/22 degrees during our stay. Nicolas from Nomads was great & very responsive, he allowed us a late check out because we had a late flight which we really appreciated.

“Perfect house for holidays”

Everything was perfect. We had a lot of space, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, big kitchen and living room. Beautiful garden, really nice pool and sunbeds. A lot of space to eat and sit together. It was also very private. We loved our stay, it was perfect for rest and relax.

“Luxury Villa and Private Pool in a Stunning Location!”

Our recent stay at Almond Grove Villa has been one of our most relaxing holidays. This beautiful and luxurious accommodation has been decorated and furnished to an exceptional standard, offering pride of place in this traditional village of Simou. The villa is spacious and tastefully finished. The large open-plan lounge and dining area provide a great opportunity for large family groups to enjoy time spent together, preparing dishes in the kitchen which is well stocked with an extensive range of utensils to suit all culinary skills. All the bedrooms are beautifully presented with lots of storage space, comfortable beds, crisp linen and effective air conditioning units which are easy to operate- a wonderful necessity when temperatures at night this week have only dropped to 29 degrees! Every spacious bathroom is also beautifully finished with luxury tiles and extra personal touches such as a vanity kit. Aromatherapy toiletries are on offer and after a lazy afternoon spent by the pool or shopping in Polis, it is lovely to rejuvenate your skin with a bio olive oil, lime and basil body wash…..sensational! The villa benefits from a strong, stable WiFi signal and a private parking space on site through a secure gate. Nomads Properties had thoughtfully provided chilled bottled water on arrival and sachets of coffee and sugar. Elena, their representative had left some treats for us with a welcome note. We never met Elena but she popped in to water the outside plants one morning and left us some traditional Cypriot pie! The pool and outside dining area are where we spent much of our time. The pool’s temperature remains at a steady 30 degrees, is kept beautifully clean and maintained weekly. The sun loungers are new and very comfortable with optional parasols as required.
