Overview
Set on the hillside slope overlooking False Bay, the Grosvenor Guest House provides 4-star accommodation with views of the South African Naval Base. The outdoor pool features a sun deck, which overlooks the False Bay. Accessed by stairs, the tastefully decorated rooms at the Grosvenor come with en suite bathrooms. Tea-and-coffee-making facilities are provided in every room. A full English breakfast with a selection of fresh fruit and orange juice can be enjoyed each morning on the enclosed patio. There is an honesty bar in the dining room, and the attentive staff can help arrange restaurant bookings. Guests at Grosvenor Guest House can relax on the terrace or have a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. The Boulders Beach, home to a thriving colony of African penguins, is less than one km away. The Grosvenor provides an ideal base to explore the Cape Point Route. A winding pathway will take you to the Main Road of Simon's Town and directly to the village with shops and restaurants.

“A slice of heaven in Simon's Town”
I chose The Grosvenor Guest House for the view, but it exceeded my expectations with everything else as well. The owner and staff, especially Jonathan were so helpful. It was great to have a parking spot and the unit was gorgeous, equipped with everything one may require. If one wishes to self-cater, that would be easy as the kitchen is small but also equipped with the essentials. The garden not only offers a pool, but but several private spaces - all with the view. Breakfast offered a delicious and wide variety. I would love to return. The house is very close to shops and restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room had a lovely big bed with crisp cotton linens and plenty of pillows. Kitchen area adequately equipped for light snacks and beverages.

“Exceptional Guesthouse With Glorious Views”
I loved my stay at Grosvenor Guesthouse, everything was superb. My room, the staff, breakfast, the welcome sparkling wine - all made for a lovely stay. Close to town centre via a set of stairs, quiet surroundings and a lovely pool with cool (not bath temperature) water. Highly recommend.

“A perfect spot to stay with a 10 minute walk into Simon’s town. Sue & Jonathon were very attentive. Highly recommend”
We had a fabulous stay for 3 nights. The views are amazing from the balcony where we had our welcome drinks and breakfast The room was very well appointed and comfortable
