Spotless with beautiful view

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful view. The owners are also very nice and welcoming. Have to say though that you cant really see penguins from here.

I really enjoyed the magnificent view from the big window at the front of the room. I could watch the sunrise over the ocean from my bed. It was very peaceful area, no noise of cars or bars, just the wind and vawes, clean air, beautiful nicely decorated room far from other guests (Seagul room) on the top of the house. Bathroom and kitchen were new and well equipped. Breakfasts very tasty and the personell very kind, pleasant and polite. You can walk kilometres around beaches at the shore and pinguins are just in 20 min. walking distance.....just amazing! Thank you for very nice peaceful week!

Location in a lovely place

This was our third stay and we knew it would be excellent. Erica and Richard were wonderful and approachable hosts , as was Cathy who prepares breakfast amongst other tasks, and makes the best omelette! The bedroom, bathroom & living area are high quality. The infinity dip pool and authentic garden are the icing on the cake. As usual , it was a bit of a tug to check out but we will surely return. Thank you so much Erica, Richard & Cathy.

Lovely guesthouse , large room with fantastic sea view. Very private and parking place right in front of our room. Lovely Cathy bought breakfast to our room every morning. Facilities to cook if needed. Perfect location to explore the Cape.

Wonderful location and nicely furnished rooms! Erica and Richard have been phantastic hosts. It is a lovely place just at the border of Simon's Town. Great view on the ocean from the rooms. Pool was wonderful too. Great breakfast as well which is served in the room.

The experience of waking up to a stunning sunrise over the ocean, accompanied by the sound of crashing waves, was exceptional. Furthermore, they provided a curated list of recommended restaurants, ranked by preference, and a selection of local activities. The breakfast was outstanding, and Erica graciously prepared a snack for our early departure. The rooms were impeccably maintained and generously sized. In conclusion, this B&B represents the pinnacle of our experiences, and we highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Simon's Town.
