Very nice, quaint apartment (house). Equipped with everything you could ever need, amazing location a just 200 meters from the penguins. One evening, some walked behind the house on the street! Friendly host, great communications. Beds are great, very large so ample space. the fact that is has 3 toilets and 2 showers makes this the perfect option for even larger families or groups. Parking is safe behind the fence next to the house, for some it might be a bit steep though. All in all a great choice, it almost looks like a family lives there but moved away for a few days to host us.

“Cozy, comfortable and affordable accommodation in a beautiful location”

The spacious double-story house is decorated with cozy, vintage furniture and every wall is covered with eclectic artworks. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, and also included much appreciated appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy fireplace in the lounge for the colder nights, and a big balcony for relaxing outside with beautiful views. The property is fully fenced and has a security gate and garage. The house is in a popular tourist location and it's safe to walk along the streets. The location is ideal for those wanting to explore Simons Town, Boulders and the nearby areas like Cape Point, Kalk Bay and Muizenberg. It's only a 2 min walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony (the penguins wander along the road past the house most days), and it only takes about 10 min walk to reach the area on the main road where all the restaurants, shops and cafes are located. We had a lovely stay at Eindelik Guesthouse, and would happily book to stay there again.

“Stunning stay in Eindelik”

We loved this place so much. The views are stunning, its easily walkable to Simons Town and 20 minutes to the Cape of Good Hope, which is well worth a visit. There's everything you could possibly need and the beds are so comfy. Do yourselves a massive favour and stay here. We regret only booking two nights

Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. Cute penguins with babies a short walk away. Easy walk into town for great coffee. Very cozy due to fireplace. Lovely veranda and comfy chairs to do sunbathing. Great host and fabulous owner.

“Weekend away”

The house is very comfortable and it feels nice and homely. We spent many hours on the verandah which has the best sea view and is so relaxing in a quiet neighborhood.

The accommodation was like a home away from home. It had a magnificent fireplace which took the chill off the rooms and made it really cosey when it is cold and rainy outside. Annie the host was terrific and happy to answer any questions we had. Its well located especially if you want to see the penguins and sit on the balcony and whale watch!

This is a great home from home! It had everything we needed. Lovely touches like filter coffee and great tea pot and casserole/roasting oven. We flew in, so we're very grateful for the herbs and spices provided as well as the provision of beach towels. We loved the meals on the veranda with such a beautiful view. The proximity to the beach was amazing. We so enjoyed the penguins and beach! Annie was a wonderful host and Beatrice was a most friendly, helpful and charming housekeeper. I was sorry that I did not have time to read the interesting books on the shelves. This house deserves a lengthy stay. A week was much too short, but we loved every moment.

Annie was lovely and very helpful, she met us with the keys to the house within minutes of us arriving. And provided us with a reputable taxi service number that was great and very safe to use, which was very helpful. The house was lovely and clean and fully equipped with anything you can think of needing in a home away from home! Including bbq. There were 2 showers and a bath tub! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The view from the bedroom and the balcony were stunning and it is only a short walk away from the beach where the penguins are. I would definitely recomend this property!

I was scammed. No one was at the house.

It was euphoric, wonderful and such a great surprise. It truly felt like visiting my grandparents. Everything about this place is so special. We loved the antique furniture and the cds we could play of the 70s. It was one of the best stays we ever had. Loved every second.
