Francois is a gem, what a place to wake up and enjoy the views. Quiet and safe area with exotic birds flying around and even a chance to see baboons. Walkable to the penguins at boulders beach. Spacious and well equiped apartment at great value.

“Wonderful sea view”
Very nice apartment with wonderful sea view from the huge windows. Comfortable and clean, in a good position, few minutes to the penguin colony in Boulders Beach. Very nice host. I recommend it to everyone staying in the Cape peninsula!

Friendly nature of the host. Exceptional view from and cleanliness of the apartment. It is a fabulous stay for a small family, especially an overnight stay. Even though we had to be aware of the baboons, it did not negatively impact our stay.

Very friendly, hospitable, helpful interesting host! Gorgeous view of the beautiful coastline! A great, upscale bathroom. Plenty of space! The value would be excellent for 3 or 4 people traveling together.

“Absolutely stunning”
Stunning view of the bay and the mountain behind, clean and convenient. Everything we needed was there. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Sunrise was beautiful.

This is a great location for many reasons. Location is excellent. The facility has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to a living area and bedrooms. Beautiful views and your own private entrance and even off street parking.
