We booked a Seaview room abs paid for it only to be forved to take a back room on arrival. No refund for difference. Room we were given had extremely dangerous bathroom

Everything! The place was spotless — from the clean linens to the bathroom and every area in between. It was beautifully maintained and even more stunning in person; the photos truly don’t do it justice. The staff were absolutely incredible: so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was very good and thoroughly enjoyed.

Lovely historical building and room, high ceilings, bed comfy, breakfast delicious, views stunning, staff friendly, and everything was clean. Nice to sit on balcony and watch the activities below, even saw a warship sailing, divers and fishermen.

No designated parking, rooms are dingy and smell musky! Requested a refund for following night upon checking in as it was certainly not up to scratch and the owner is unreachable and unresponsive to emails. Definitely won’t recommend for PYT studying week!

“Super hotel in truly central location of Simonstown”
Breakfast was excellent, cooked fresh to order. Location was also excellent, walkable to many bars restaurants shops and tourist attractions. Great fridge in room for cold drinks plus tea/coffee making facilities. Nice ensuite bathroom and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
