The location, views, the space, the equipment. It is truly unbeatable value for money. There is plenty of space for everybody, the bedrooms are spacious, two living rooms on different floors, secure parking garage for two cars and the amazing views of the ocean from the main living room. The kitchen is really well equipped. Basically, a perfect villa. Nothing fancy, but you can feel that its somebody's home where people really live. The villa is close to the road, but the road at this end is very calm and not busy. The beaches are not far - perfect jogging distance. And there is really great cafe in a farm walking distance away from the villa.

The views from the property were amazing. Loads of space and everything you need. Very safe, super close to beaches. Lots of restaurants and amenities close by too. Matt was great, excellent communication before, during and after. Will definitely be back.

Amazing property in an amazing place. Kitchen and living area are incredible.

Location is on the wild side of Simonstown, ten minutes from the turnoff to Cape Point Reserve. The children loved the delightful little beach practically across the road. Millers Point Tidal Pool 6 minutes down the road is amazing. The house is very spacious (for 10 people) with enough bathrooms. The shallow pool was great for smaller children. The TV and video (in separate lounges) worked fine. Having a gas/electric stove meant that we could survive loadshedding. Two fridges, one in the double garage and one in the kitchen were so useful. We could also park two extra cars at the entrance to the garage. We had excellent communication with Matthew, the agent, and he was a great help.

Liked everything about the place. It was a comfortable stay, Matt is a pleasant person and made our stay comfortable. He definitely goes the extra mile. Enjoyed it.
