Overview
Avian Leisure, situated at the top of Froggy Farm in Simons Town features panoramic views over False Bay. It is set amidst Cape Fynbos, which is home to a variety of birdlife and porcupines. Each spacious apartment has a private entrance, and comes equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette, dining area and lounge with a TV. Free toiletries are provided in the bathroom. One of the units has sea view. Barbecue facilities can be arranged for guests to make use of during their stay. A number of restaurants serving a range of local and international cuisines can be found within 3 km from Avian. Free WiFi and private parking is available. Boulders Beach penguin colony is 1 km from the property and the Cape Town International Airport is a 55-minute drive away.

“it was just wonderful and Cathy the agent carried all our luggage up and down.”
WE made our own breakfast, the view is outstanding and everything is perfect. I might just say in Oder to safe water there should me more crockery. Unfortunately we did not see the porcupines.I would recommend Avian Leasure to anybody

“Fabulous views”
Gorgeous views of the sea and mountains beyond. The owner left us some butternut squash to put out for a porcupine. The garden was lit at night giving us good look at porci.

Shearwater apartment is simply amazing. Spaceous, comfortable and very well equipped for self-catering. A balcony with a view over False Bay that is impossible to beat. Bird feeder in the garden with a wide variety of fynbos birds to watch from close distance. Everything is smooth and well organized, Kathy is a perfect host.
