Location is perfect if you have your own transport - It is a beautiful old house on a wine estate located between the mountains. The staff is exceptional. The hostess 'Gale' went out of her way to welcome and assist us.

The Manor House suite was in a really good location with beautiful views towards Franschoek. Very comfortable and stylish interior and kitchen with everything we needed. Would recommend and stay here again in the future.

“Absolutely Heavenly.”
Truly a paradise on earth - already planning our next visit and hoping to use this accommodation for our wedding guests next year. Spotless, beautifully decorated and maintained, incredible scenery. A fireplace in every room which was a true luxury. Perfectly located to explore the Cape Winelands!

We had a wonderful stay at Plaisir. Gale gave us a very warm welcome. The surroundings and views are so lovely and it was peaceful and quiet. Our cottage was very well-equiped and everything we needed was there. The bed was also very comfortable and everything was clean. We enjoyed staying there and would recommend it.

Beautiful little cottage on a gorgeous wine farm close to Babylonstoren, Franschoek and the winelands. We enjoyed the shared pool and the beautiful views.

Love the location and the novelty on staying on a functional wine farm that is producing outstanding wine! Complimentary wine tasting is a nice touch but would have loved a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift for those early nights when you're looking for a drink.

“Comfortable wine estate”
Beautiful wine estate, spacious and comfortably furnished cottages. Gale was very kind and all the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the wine tasting and lunch options from the restaurant. The pool was incredible with great views of the mountain. It was nice to have a bathroom for each room. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a group.
