“Good value and friendly service.”
The proprietor was very friendly and welcoming. He most kindly accommodated my request to change rooms from the front (highway traffic noise) to the quieter back section. (As a senior citizen, the traffic noise would have affected my sleep.). The room was clean and tidy; the amenities were fine. I expect to return in the future. As well, the location was perfect for me; my gathering was just a few miles along the highway.

Not clean. Eg. The complimentary coffee cups were not even washed from previous users. TV had very limited channels. Wifi was slow. The front desk was empty most of the time meaning no one was there.

“Very clean and spacious but can be ruined by fellow travellers”
I liked the location. Close to Lake Erie as well as town. Many food options within a 5 min drive. Check in was very fast and straightforward. Room and bathroom was clean. Enjoyed the view of nature out the window. Came with all basic amenities including microwave and small fridge. Free wifi is definitely a bonus and was fast enough to stream videos. Beds were quite comfy.
