“Convenient and Comfortable”
La Lanterna was a pleasant small hotel and everyone was so nice and helpful, all the more since we were traveling off-season and almost everything in town was closed. They arranged for us to be picked up in Pescara, and our rooms were right next door to one another. The restaurant was open (and quite popular with the locals) and we enjoyed every meal we had there. The rooms were cozy (good heat in the winter) and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Superfriendly and serviceminded staff. We stayed at la Laterna already last year but came back for a night this year. Enjoyed the stay and got a lovely evening meal and good breakfast.

Staff were friendly and generally helpful. The proprietor actually moved his car to make a space for us in a free space on the street. The hotel was clean everywhere and very elegant. The restaurant was excellent (if you like sea food) and a beautiful environment. Location could not be better. Really first class. One minute walk to an amazing beach (Lido Iris) which was clean and had super facilities (including another great seafood restaurant, also serving pizza, ice cream, nice drinks etc.). The room (although not a suite) was spacious and had views of the sea and of the mountains.
