Overview
With views of the Engadin Mountains and Lake Silvaplana, Nira Alpina offers luxury rooms with terraces. The hotel spa includes a sauna and a well-equipped gym, and the restaurant Stars offers a panoramic view over the lakes and the mountains. Each sleek, modern room has floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a private patio. Also featured are flat-screen satellite TVs and free Wi-Fi, while some rooms have a seating area as well. Guests can relax in the steam room or with a beauty treatment in the Shanti Spa. Ski passes and equipment hire are available, and the nearest lift is just 60 metres walk away from Nira Alpina. A choice of 3 restaurants offers menus including regional and Mediterranean cuisine, all with elegant surroundings. There is a modern rooftop bar. A free shuttle bus provides links between Silvaplana, Surlej and Corvatsch. The Corvatsch ski area is linked to St. Moritz’s Corviglia by a 4 km ski run. Guests staying 2 nights or more enjoy free access to the cable cars and the public transportation in Upper Engiadina Region during summer season and get reduced ski passes directly at the hotel during winter season.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our anniversary here. The hotel is super comfy, right by the ski lift, and has stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we loved that we could bring our dog. The food was delicious, and the spa was really relaxing. We’d definitely come back!

My family and I stayed for one night at this wonderful hotel while I participated in the SGRAIL triathlon in Silvaplana. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! I can’t recommend this hotel enough — from the warm welcome by Giannis and the manager, to the thoughtful welcome gifts for my sons, the flexibility with early check-in and late check-out, the excellent breakfast, breathtaking views, and relaxing spa… everything was exceptional. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

“Amazing hotel with beautiful mountain view”
Staff (Nikita and Giannis) were outstanding and really helpful. The room is cosy, great mountain view and very clean. The breakfast is tasty with a great variety of breads with great service. I have an EV car and I was able to charge it at the hotel garage. Amazing quality and value for money!

We had an amazing stay at Nira Alpina! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel’s SPA is excellent, everything was spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The reception staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, making us feel truly valued as guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. One of the biggest advantages of Nira Alpina is its perfect ski-in/ski-out location. The hotel has direct access to the cable car, allowing guests to head straight to the slopes. There are also beginner-friendly slopes nearby, making it a great choice for all skill levels. Additionally, guests can purchase a ski pass at a discounted rate through the hotel, which is a great bonus! Another great convenience is the ski equipment shop located right next to the hotel, with direct access from the building, making it easy to rent or buy any necessary gear. Both the bakery and the restaurant at the hotel were outstanding, offering delicious food and great service. We didn’t book a transfer from St. Moritz train station as we weren’t aware that the hotel provided this service. However, on our departure, they kindly offered and arranged a complimentary transfer for us. Additionally, we were granted a complimentary late check-out, which made our departure even more comfortable. Our stay at Nira Alpina was exceptional, and we would love to return in the future!
