It was almost all perfect. Staff during breakfast wasn't very friendly but at reception they were wonderful.

The boy at the front desk was just pure joy… He was the most helpful hotel staff I have ever come across - went beyond his duty and was professionalism personified! Also the top floor with 360 degree view was quite magical and the food at the restaurant was very good!

This hotel was more beautiful than we imagined. The room was spacious, clean and very modern, the bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast included had an amazing choice of food options and the coffee was superb. The parking options were great right outside Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating we would recommend. Thank you to all the team at Hotel Cervo.

The hotel location is just excellent and the hotel personnel are very friendly. The public transportation and gondola tickets were a great bonus that made exploring the area easy and convenient.

Lovely hotel in Sils, perfectly located to explore the lake area in the upper Engadin valley. Spacious rooms and a good breakfast buffet. Pet-friendly!

The room was very nicely furnished. It was bright and airy. There was enough storage space. The bed was comfortable. It was nicely located. I liked walking to the lake from there. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits. It was self service.
