Very quiet and convenient location at the very end of Sils Maria. We had booked half board and did not regret! The food varied and was fresh and tasty. The ski slopes for cross country are just a few meters away. We have enjoyed especially the thermal bath in the evening!

“A surprisingly great stay.”

Hotel completely exceeded our expectations. It's clear that management is making a huge effort to make sure the guests are well taken cared of. The Friday dinner - with various fish offered buffet style - was exceptional. The hotel is well located in Sils Maria, with access to beautiful walks, cafes, etc.

Good pool, good sized room, breakfast was large and varied food for dinner. Great ski storage.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. On the first night, we experienced bed bug bites, which made it impossible to rest properly. The following day, we informed a male staff member at the reception, who showed lack of empathy and was dismissive during the conversation. He told us that management would be informed, but nothing was done at all—no follow-up, no room change, no explanation. On our last day, during check-out, we mentioned the issue again to a polite female staff member, simply to make them aware so that other guests do not have to go through the same unpleasant experience. Sadly, the lack of response and responsibility was unacceptable and showed a serious disregard for guest health and hygiene.

The room was a okay size for what we needed. Breakfast was good but was disappointed at that we had to pay extra if we wanted eggs benedict and apparently it was 12.9 chf per egg, extremely disappointed. Location of the hotel was very good and easy access to St. Moritz.

The location was close to the bus station where you could get around with ease. The reception staff were excellent and extremely kind and helpful.The heated pool with the spa was a treat. Breakfast was lovely and you could order a hot breakfast from the waiter. The hotel gave us an Engadin pass for our family which covers all transport in the Engadin area. This saved us from paying for high taxi fares and Uber fares.

“Exceptional amenities and comfortable stay”

The room was clean and decently-sized, with plenty of drawers for storing things, nice amenities and comfortable beds. There are also game facilities and swimming pools in the hotel. The location of the hotel is exceptional. Originally we opted to stay in St Moritz but Sils worked just fine, if not better. It was in the middle of two beautiful crystal blue lakes and close to mountain attractions like Piz Corvatsch. The staff was very friendly from start to end, and the manager was also very nice. The breakfast had a wide selection of tea which I really appreciate, as well as different bread, cheese, fruits, etc. Overall great value for money, and will definitely stay here if we visit the Engadin region again.
