“It was pleasant, close to everything, good food, altough not everything met our expectations.”
Nice location in a busy street, close to the beach and a bunch of restaurants and bars. Good breakfast, not very diverse but good, with gluten-free options.

“Poor”
The hotel is near the sea and two beaches. The biggest withdraw was the “AC”. The AC cannot cool the room to comfortable temperature. With closed curtains all day you come back to a room of +30 degrees, you turn on the “AC” and it changes nothing. The only time you can feel comfortable in the room is in early morning when the AC worked for the whole night. Then you go for breakfast and come back in hot room once again. One day there was no hot water and we were not informed about that. There is something going on with cleaning ladies. They constantly knocking on the door asking for something in spanish. If you do not come to the door straight away, they just go in your room. We did not understand if this is proper practices in this country or what but during all the years of hotel staying we never had staff bothering us in our room. The breakfast were sad but we expected it as we saw previous reviews. We asked to make up room every day but the bed was made only one day, at least we got fresh towels daily. Also on friday we were informed that there is no room cleaning on saturday/sunday so that was a little surprise. I honestly thought I booked 2-3 star hotel and just now saw that it is 4 star hotel. Well, it is not.

“Excellent location with some drawbacks (and no WiFi in our room)”
Superb location right in front of the beach, with lots of restaurants and places to eat ice cream and whatever very close. Room is spacious, comfortable with excellent water pressure in the shower, with a good mini fridge.
