Apartments Dolomit-Royal is located on the outskirts of Sillian in East Tyrol’s Puster Valley, 1 km from the Hochpustertal Ski Area. Some apartments come with a private sauna. A free ski bus stops 150 metres away. The luxuriously furnished apartments include a fully equipped kitchenette, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a balcony. Free private parking is possible at the Dolomit-Royal. The Drautalradweg bicycle trail and the Wichtelpark playground are reachable within a 10-minute walk. The hiking path to the Karnischer Kamm Mountain Range starts just a few steps away. The nearest bus stop is in the centre, 500 metres away. The Italian border can be reached in a 5-minute drive.

“Great end of summer long weekend for biking”
Quiet clean cozy apartment near the bike path. I enjoyed the view from the balcony and the sound of the brook and cow bells. Would be a great place if you ski. Near two different ski areas.

The hotel is just wonderful and the host is very hospitable and friendly. We arrived much earlier than expected after 16 hours of driving. They were able to accommodate us much earlier than the check-in time, for which we are very grateful. The apartment was spacious and very clean. I would definitely visit the hotel again if I have a chance in this area. I recommend the place with both hands, and once again, thank you for your hospitality!!

“Couldn’t be better than that”
The apartment was almost new, spacious, very comfortable and with a location was perfect close to the main top hiking sites in the area. On top of that, the staff was amazingly kind and always ready to help. We will return for sure!

we had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. It has stunning view from the apartment, complemented by a great terrace. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, and it had a very nice smell.

The apartment is perfect. There was everything needed in the kitchen. The location is also very good. There is a super market near by. The 3Zinnen ski resort is very near also. We enjoyed our stay very much.

“Best place to stay - money/experience”
Everything was perfect. Maybe the best stay I have ever had for a ski trip. The facilities and location were perfect. The sauna was better than most of the wellness/spa centers and the apartment had everything needed to have a wonderful week never the slopes.
