Located max 20 min by car to any major beach in south sithonia. It is a bit outside of Sarti (like 7-8 min driving) but totally fine since you have a car and parking is super easy. The owner is very nice and welcoming. The house is incredibly clean and quiet. Nothing to complain.

“I'll stay again next year”
It was located 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sykia. There was a bakery, supermarket, and gas station nearby. The garden of the facility was quite large, the location was very nice and it was also very clean. The owners of the place we stayed were very friendly and helpful people.

“Everything was very good.”
I highly recommend this location! It is in a very quiet area, and the house is beautiful and very clean (it is cleaned daily). The host was very welcoming and everything was really ok. We were also with our puppy and everything was ok from this point of view.

The accomodation was very nice, spacious and clean. The location is close to great beach, close to Sarti and there are also some nice restaurants in Sikia, not far from the apartments.

“Amazing pet friendly apartments”
Apartment was beautiful and super clean, exactly like on pictures. The area as a whole is remote and a bit rural, but that was exactly what we were looking for. No crowds and beautiful nature. We were staying with our dogs and Gerakina was an amazing host. Wifi was great and worked better than cellular. Really wish to return there again one day.

Nice, friendly host. Clean, well-equipped room. The accommodation is easily accessible, with a large parking lot. The sea is quickly accessible. There is a good bakery, shop and greengrocer nearby.

Very nice place close to the most beutiful beachs of Sithonia. Gerakina provided us all information to have nice time in Sykia. Reccomended.
