“Clean, safe, comfortable, convenient and affordable place to stay, while attending the Rodeo!”
Breakfast and location were good for us, as we were there for the Sikeston Bootheel Rodeo, came in on I-57 and left on US Hwy 62! We were three miles from the Rodeo Arena! We had a nice size handicap accessible room on the first floor, near the side entrance and the handicap parking area! Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was quiet and peaceful. Visibility and access to the motel is good.

Roomy, pretty decently clean. Provided soap, shampoo. Had room K cup coffee maker with condiments. Towels were like cotton balls! Amazing! Breakfast was good. ALL workers were super nice A+

Definitely not Best Western Plus quality! It was super hot and muggy but they had doors and windows open (the A/C works) so our room and bed were damp! And on top of that, I was covered in bed bug/spider bites!
