I couldn't fault this hotel, We were also given a free up grade. The room was excellent,large,clean,good water pressure and a comfy bed. The staff were also very attentive and we were given a free ride to catch the ferry to Koh Rong also. Shout out to Royce who took care of everything for use once we arrived,she was so kind and made sure our stay was top notch

I highly recommend the Won Majestic Hotel. We felt very well cared for, and the staff were very friendly and helpful – thank you especially to Mr. Visal and Ms. Kimyou. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a great gym and a swimming pool with a beautiful view. There's also a gift shop and delicious sweets. The hotel is close to a shopping center, a few minutes' walk away. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.

Great reception and assistance from Won's Phab Kim Yiu throughout our stay. From greeting us and arranging our shuttle to port and boat trip, with no fuss or bother, she is a true professional. The hotel is truly majestic, we were made to feel very special. Shout out to our fabulous waitress Sam Bath Salon, too.

“Stunning hotel with luxury feel throughout”

Amazingly welcoming staff from checkin to restaurant and poolside. Great food and drink, reasonably priced. We even got a surprise complementary shuttle to the port in the morning, with a lady staff guide who gave us great info on places to visit during our trip.

I had a great experience with Pheoung Visal at the hotel in Sihanoukville. He was very professional, polite, and always ready to help. His friendly attitude and attention to guests made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself maintains very good standards not only in the rooms, which are clean and comfortable, but also in the restaurant, where the food quality and service are excellent. Thank you for the great hospitality highly recommended!

Very large nice very large room offering all the functionalities you need. Nice view on the sea. We had breakfast and dinner there. Best breakfast in Cambodia. Best variety! Dinner was excellent too. Fantastic hotel what really made it special was the wonderful staff. We’ve stayed in many countries and in many 5 star hotels but the customer service in this hotel was the best so good we returned and stayed again! This hotel offers very good value for money. The service at the reception and in the restaurants was truly excellent. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay, and the staff did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable and had a pleasant experience. The sauna was fantastic and a real highlight! Breakfast was also very good and exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at the Won Majestic Hotel Cambodia for one night, and it was a fantastic experience! We were a group of five, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. They picked us up from the airport in a luxury van, and when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by an amazing team. They upgraded us to a sea-view room, and the room was huge—very spacious and exceptionally clean. The hotel has several restaurants and an infinity pool with fantastic views. The food is also very good; we had dinner there, and the beautiful, delicious pastries they served for dessert were a highlight. The staff were all very kind and attentive. A special thank you to Pheoung Visal and also to Panha for welcoming us so warmly. 🙏 When we left the hotel, they even offered transportation to take us to the pier to catch the boat to Koh Rong. In summary: we loved it, and when we return to Sihanoukville, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The room, view from the room is amazing and no smoking smell coz my friends were complaining their room are full of smoking odd. The pool area is nice as well. The airport pickup service is great, highly recommend.

Great location near the sea, very professional and friendly staff, offering pretty much every service and amenity that one wishes from a hotel. The food was really great either at breakfast or other meals through the day and everywhere it felt extremely clean all the time. I would like to leave my greetings to M. Kim Ladang, that accompanied me through check-out and that I will remember like pretty much every cambodian I have met: with a great smile on the face

As soon as you walk in, you do not want to leave. The service is incredible, the staff cannot do enough to help you. We were given a free upgrade to sea view and the rooms were incredible. The bed was on the firmer side but still very comfortable and large and the room was well equipped. The breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets were varied - you are spoiled for choice (so I chose it all). The pool is lovely with perfect views for sunset in the right weather. The gym is well equipped. The complimentary gua sha treatment was painful (expect bruising), but an interesting new experience. All in all, this was what I would hope for in a 5 star experience. I’m disappointed I only booked for one night on a stop over, had I realised how nice it was I might have stayed for two!
