Not clean

The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. The pool was a good size and pool towels provided. We ate in the restaurant and also had breakfast there and the food was good. Easy access to the beach opposite. We only stayed one night but it was a good location as it is only a 20 minute taxi ride to the pier for the Islands and the same for the airport.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room (we got an upgrade) was spacious, clean and quiet, with large comfortable beds. Breakfast and lunch always very tasty and with fresh tropical fruits. The beach right across from the road.

The hotel is located right opposite to the Otres beach and has a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious and the property is clean and well maintained. They were very responsive and also arranged for a taxi for us.

Large, well-equipped rooms; fantastic swimming pool; sea view, cosy restaurant; excellent food, super friendly staff, especially a manager Maria, and amazing price for all the above. Highly recommended!

Room is huge with beautiful view of the pool & partial sea view. Love the whites of the building. Receptionist & concierge, housekeeping to the staff at Fat Goose are polite, friendly, accommodating & helpful. Fridge wasn’t working , Receptionist staff helped changed a fridge which works well. Awesome pool too. Thank you everyone!!

The staff were so kind and helpful (and fluent in English) - especially when we had to leave early for a family emergency. We asked the hotel to make bookings for e.g. chartering a boat for snorkelling, and providing a picnic and taxi transfers, and the cost was not significantly higher than arranging direct - but so much easier. And the breakfasts were amazing! And the beach, so close and so beautiful, and safe!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very clean. The staff is extremly friendly. It has a clean pool which is cleaned everyday. Its a hotel which is on western level.

Great place in a great location! Nice clean territory, kind and helpful staff, and amazing restaurant in here! They keep it nice and tidy, and you don’t feel this Chinese nightmare over here at all. Room is nice and well maintained, even in that rainy period. Breakfast is good, but their bar - fantastic. Russian/Khmer team is extremely nice. The beach is public now, but they are only one hotel with sun-beds and service there - big luck (especially in compare with other places on the way). 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Great job! I will recommend it to all of my friends.
