Needs a really good clean and updating. Breakfast choices not great & no coffee or hot drinks available

First, I should say that the staff were lovely. They tried to help. I refer to the younger staff members who are left with the lion’s share of the work, not the older owners or managers who don’t seem to do much. Let’s talk about the good stuff. When you enter, you can see traditional Khmer artwork and sculptures which make for some good Instagram photos. You’re right on the beach, surrounded by street vendors selling food, restaurants, cafes, and shops selling beach stuff like swimmers, floaties, sand buckets, and toys. Take a left out the door and stroll along the beach until you get to Khmer Noodle. They offer great food, both Asian and Western, as well as café drinks. The bathroom was huge, with a lot of shelf space. (We’ll talk about the issues of the bathroom later.) The shampoo and shower gel offered were good quality. There was plenty of wardrobe space in the unit. The desk was a little small though, with no chair, just a stool. There was a fan and air conditioning. The front veranda with space to sit and a small table to imagine the coffee that you could drink there. And there were extra racks to hang beach towels. The pool was nice. It could do with the leaves and pollen being cleaned off the surface, but it was good enough to swim laps in. There are no mattresses on the poolside furniture.

The cozy place,the choice of food is great. The room is clean and nice. The staff are good.

I live in a remote room with a private pool, the pool was cleaned very rarely, there was practically no internet, the wi-fi router did not work. Television did not work at all.

Good location - opposite the beach, though need to walk across the road. Soft towels Coffee sachets and coffee mate in the room - I had to give some compliments 😂

Although Sihanoukville is a little bit unobvious destination in Cambodia, Sahaa Beach Resort is worth of recommendation. Service was good, staff really nice and helpful. Hotel has absolutely gorgeous lobby, very pleasant for evening coctail or beer. Rooms are ok, spacious, located in villas in the garden. Swimming pool, although rather small, is really nice

“Perfect little green oasis”

Very welcoming staff from the start. We felt really safe there 24 hours security at the enterance from the street. Reception works till 22 hours. Food in restaurant is really good considering low prices - you can have decent meal plus drinks for reasonable price. The resort itself is really green, clean relaxing. Beach is on the other side of the road. We had villa with private pool so it was perfect to dip into the water any time.

Excellent staff - all very helpful and friendly - creating a caring, almost family atmosphere. I couldn't be more positive about them and their willingness to help. The pool was nice and the public areas attractive and welcoming. The location, just opposite the Otres beach is excellent.

Very clean comfortable beds, great location, very quiet, very good food in the restaurant and staff were very friendly and helpful. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time.
