The owner was so welcoming and they upgraded me. The room was fantastic and loved my stay here so much I stayed an extra night. The staff looked after me so well with food and drinks and at such a a good price. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks guys it was an amazing stay :-)

hotel on the sidelines, peace and quiet, scooter parking, possibility of renting a scooter on site, possibility of using the swimming pool in the second hotel a few streets away, good food in the restaurant of the second hotel

We were dropped off at the wrong Papa Pipo and the staff there offered to drive us to the correct one free of charge. Before that we had a lovely pizza and cold beers. No rush, no pressure. Wonderful customer care!

Room inside is basic but ok, no warm water though. Next door to Papa Pippo Otres Village is another guesthouse which is much better, Look on Google maps.

Otres village, once a 'quite area' has now been turned into a giant building site for Chinese financed Casinos and Hotels...this means the area is no longer pleasant to stay in. This is not the fault of the hotel...but it's unfortunate.

Old building, refitted and everything worked well. quiet location slept well. Italian boss. best pizza I had in Cambodia. friendly staff. 750m off the Otres beach on a fast road. very clean
