“Disappointed”
Rooms airconditioning poorly maintained, have to get staff t clean up filters as too full of dirt accumulated, seldom serviced airconditioners... No towels in one room n had to wait for 45 mns to get towel while stuck in bathroom... room condition very precarious...

“Better than you expect, WITHOUT any surprises! (except the food, which is good)”
Nice pool, within walking distance of the beach, has great food at the integrated restaurant (and is near-by (also walking-distance) several other cool ones). The rooms are way nicer than I expected for the price. In general, I can't think of anything bad to say (1 week+ later), which is quite something.

“A great Oasis in Sihanoukville”
Amazingly friendly staff, perfect communication in English, never needed translation app. Staff are always happy to please, even bringing food to room (no extra charge). Arranged boat trip with locals, fantastic and with no hassle, pay at the hotel. Food is truly amazing and proper Italian pizza, pasta etc. English breakfast superb! No over charging or ridiculous tourist pricing. A proper Oasis to relax and plan your day. Plus pet squirrel running around, so cute. Very happy with price, service and facilities.

“A Quiet, Comfortable Oasis”
I had a very pleasant stay at New Papa Pippo Resort. The room was nice and comfortable, with clean sheets and really good beds. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful pool — perfect for relaxing. Another highlight is the amazing Italian restaurant on-site; the food was genuinely excellent.
