“Perfect accommodation for a great price”
At first sight new spacious and clean room with balcony. The receptionists were helpful both in checking in and in ordering a taxi to the airport. There is a long salt water pool on the roof - top for night swimming. The poolside restaurant has reasonable prices and a great cocktail menu.

I had a delightful experience during my stay at MLZ Apartments in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The hotel exemplified the warm hospitality and rich culture that the country is known for. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with modern amenities. The rooftop restaurant served delicious Asian and international cuisine, and the breakfast spread offered a variety of healthy and flavorful dishes, both local and international. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests or inquiries. If you are planning a trip to Sihanoukville, there is no better option than MLZ Apartments.

Amazing place. Clean room with nice view. Location is quite and not far from the city centre. I highly appraciated the pool, bar and fitness.. all on the top floor.

“Beautiful, spacious, airy and clean apartment”
Beautiful, spacious, airy and clean apartment. Appreciated extra-long rooftop pool with great view of the city, access to well-equipped fitness room on the rooftop was included in price. The restaurant on the rooftop was a bonus. Excellent food and interesting cocktails for an affordable price. Friendly and helpful reception staff even gave me a voucher for a free drink at the restaurant during my stay. I can only recommend

“very nice place in a not so beautiful city”
the Place was very nice - you could also use the gym and pool which are both of very high quality. probably one of the best Places in the City - what we have seen
