“Comfortbale, clean and nice host!”

Good location, closed to the train station. Very nice host, allowed me to dump my bag earlier and took care of it (moving it into the room) and also allow me to leave my luggage there to bi picked up later. Very helpful. Also the room is very clean and comfortable.

Price performance 9/10 , close to centre.

The host was very nice and allowed me to check in early as my train arrived late in the morning. The room was very clean and only a short walk to most attractions in Sigulda. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Beautiful place in Sigulda perfect base for the town and beyond. The town and surroundings are stunning and this feels like the perfect place for adventuring. Lawrence was a very kind host and lovely man, highly recommend.

The room was private, clean, and nice! The location is also great too, within easy walking distance of the center of town and the attractions by the river.

Had issues with hot water in shower. Also "get lucky" with neighbors, they were quite loud and cannot rest well. Also pay in cash only give me additional issues.

The host was really nice and helpful, communication was great.

Large room, silent, nice atmosphere, good facilities. The bathroom is connected to the room, in the room you can find the kettle, glasses, cutlery. Stylish furniture. Kind owner. No TV (good thing to me).

Lower price. Off street parking. Crockery and cutlery provided. Hot water problems reported by others seem to be have been resolved.

So pleased with our stay. Apartment was clean, cozy and quiet. It has everything you may need during your stay. Host is helpful and caring as well. It’s a perfect location, near most popular attractions, sites and restaurants. Recommend.

Everything was fine, lovely host. We even had a small fridge in the room and some crockery and cutlery, which we didn't expect.

“Host has communication problem”

The host was a bit weird and had a communication problem. Could just be a language barrier. First He asked my on booking about my arrival time. I said that I'd come at 12 am, and I know the check-in is at 2 pm, and I would leave Mt stuff and come back when it's time to enter the room. I come at said time, and the first thing he says: "your way to early." I told him about our messages and he thought I'm somebody else. Maybe ask the guests name and also greet them first... I knew the checkout was at 11 am, and asked him if it's ok to leave my stuff at the reception. All hotels and hostels have the option of leaving the luggage at the reception, actually. He said if im back at the latest at 1 pm i can even leave it in the room and that if fine with him,, because at 2pm the check in starts for the other guest and he needs that one hour time to clean. In the morning, I asked AGAIN, "Do you want me to pack up and put it outside of the room?" and he said no, just leave it there and come back from your hike at 1 pm. I even came back at 12 am, and all of my stuff was outside of the room. He put my clean clothes and pygamas in my bag for my hiking boots, which was visibly dirty and other clean clothing in the bag with open food. Again: why touch the guests' stuff when you specifically allow them to leave it in the room? He is not allowed to do that and it felt really uncomfortable. Apart from that, my room had bugs and mosquitos. And on the pictures you can't see but it is a very teeny tiny room.
