Cozy small hotel in a central part of Sigulda. It is an authentic old house with nicely decorated rooms, staircase and corridors. The lady in reception was very kind and explained everything, showed us where to find fridge, how to make tea or coffee. We also found soap, shower gel, several fresh towels. There is a parking a lot for a few cars in the inner yard of the hotel. In general, everything you need for a short comfortable stay.

“The hotel completely met our needs.”
The room was spotless. The staff were also very nice. And the large garden is beautifully tended. I think it would be great to come here with kids – they would have a safe place to play while parents run their errands.

In 2007 we stayed at Livonija and 18 years later it was time to revisit. Same perfectiom inside and in the garden as first visit. Its 18 years between the pictures.

Friendly and accommodating hosts. Gorgeous garden with tables for al fresco dining. Good facilities and provisions for hot drinks. Handy fridge/freezer. Excellent destination. Wish we'd had longer to explore the area as it has many attractions.

“Lovely guest house, with lovely hosts!”
Andress and his wife were charming hosts. The room was small( which we knew) but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower very good! There was tea and coffee in the communal area. House was in lovely grounds, 10 minutes from town. Delightful!

“Great stay good experience”
Conveniently located near Sigulda train station, this homey hotel offers comfortable stay. Room is clean with sufficient amenities provided for my two days trip. Hotel host and their granddaughter are extremely helpful and friendly too. Overall great experience!

Location was perfect very close to train, buses. Room was clean, could bring my own food, had fridge, kettle.
