Overview
Hotel El Doncel is set in a restored 18th-century house, 400 metres from Sigüenza Cathedral. Midway between Zaragoza and Madrid, it offers easy access to the A-2 motorway and free WiFi. A buffet breakfast is served every morning at the Doncel Hotel restaurant, which is mentioned in several prestigious guide books and has been awarded a Michelin Star. It runs a gastronomy workshop. All air-conditioned rooms at this 3-floor building with elevator at the Doncel have a flat-screen TV. They feature stone walls and wooden floors. Bathrooms come with a hairdryer and amenities. “Great choice. Good location. Small rooms”
Wonderfully located within easy walking distance of the old town up the hill. Free street parking close by. Lovely breakfast with the room. There is a quality restaurant attached to the hotel, but was closed on the Monday we were there. Other restaurants and bars close by. Rooms rather small but adequate.
