Overlooking Lake Mälaren, this family-owned hotel has a peaceful location in the centre of Sigtuna, Sweden’s oldest town. It offers an eco-friendly restaurant, a rich breakfast buffet and free WiFi and parking. Arlanda Airport is a 15-minute drive away. Housed in 3 functionalist buildings from the 1930s, Hotell Kristina’s rooms feature colorful design. Guests can enjoy views of either the lake and patio or the calm neighborhood. Coffee and tea are available free of charge in the restaurant. Other facilities include a sauna and relaxation area. Free bike rental for adults is also offered during the summer period. Hotell Kristina's restaurant offers dinner every evening, and serves more than 30 percent organic food and wine. Guests are also welcome to relax with a coffee or drink in the bar, conservatory or outside in the sun. Small shops and cosy cafés are found on Sigtuna’s popular main street, Stora Gatan, which is just around the corner. Other nearby attractions include the Sigtuna Museum and the Sjudargårdsbadet Beach, which is 3 km away. A mini golf course and Frisbee golf course are also found in the surroundings.

The room was cheap if we consider the prices in other places like Stockholm for example Good location close to the old town and bus station. Quiet room. Good breakfast included Friendly and helpful receptionists 24hs reception

The breakfast was especially impressive, with a wide variety of options and great taste. Considering the price, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

“A lovely stay in a fab town.”
Warm and welcoming staff, 5 minutes from the bus station and the storgata. Clean and quiet room and a super breakfast. The staff were happy to store our luggage after check out.

We booked a double room for two nights. However for the first night the hotel did not gave us a double room but a single room as the hotel was full and they gave the room to someone else!

Sigtuna is a nice little historic town. The hotel is of good middle standard. The check-in staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok, but nothing extraordinary.

“The perfect place for your stay in Sigtuna”
If you are looking for a place to stay in Sigtuna, I would highly recommend Hotel Kristina! I loved the atmosphere (I always felt welcome), the location (perfectly situated near the Sigtuna centre), the room (cosy and well-decorated), and the outdoor space (where you can sit and have dinner or just a drink all day). The staff is super-kind and the food is delicious.

“Great stay in an extremely good hotel.”
Attractive location a few minutes walks from the town centre and from Lake Malaren. Comfortable, well-equipped rrom. Excellent breakfast buffet and all day free coffee. The restaurant menu is quite small in its range but the food is of outstanding quality. The staff are all friendly and helpful
