Lovely, calm and peaceful spot on a quiet side road, walking distance to an amazing historical site. Delicious breakfast included in price of room. Sanka and staff were so kind and attentive, helped us organize our days there. We felt very well taken care of!

We loved this property. The location is simply fantastic. The staff is very courteous and polite and served us extremely well. The room is fantastic with all the facilities to our liking. The jungle setup is great and is so calm and quiet. Icing on the cake is the breakfast. Everything freshly prepared in typical Sri Lankan style. We absolutely liked it. We had a great stay. “A gem of a place”

We had a lovely 4 night stay. This property is very popular with European visitors. It has great reviews because it is a gem of a place. The chalets are set in a lush tropical garden, rooms are clean, well maintained and a good size with everything you need (eg, good air con). As all the reviews say, the breakfast is good with yummy honey coconut pancakes and hoppers. The staff always greeted us warmly and we're very helpful. We were worried before arriving as to weather the rooms would be a bit too basic for us. I'm pleased to say we can, without hesitation, recommend staying at this property.

“Good hotel, but remote location”

The room was exceptionally clean. Toiletries were provided. The breakfast was delicious and the staff working there was friendly. The bed and neck pillows were very comfortable. The owners have two German shepherd dogs that were very friendly and welcoming. The room had functioning air-conditioning.

“Perfect accommodation”

We slept in the cabana at the back of the property, surrounded by trees. It was peaceful, very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Also, many amenities available like mini-fridge, desk, shampoo, tooth brush, hair dryer. The traditional breakfast was excellent every morning. The employees are friendly and very hospitable. Madura and his team arranged all of our travels efficiently to Pidurangala rock, Polonnaruwa, and Kandy for a fair price. It was extremely helpful. They were also flexible with checkout times (when possible with their schedule) which was nice.

“Lovely stay!”

We really enjoyed our stay here, Our room was lovely and the breakfast was big and delicious. We appreciated all the travel arrangements as we used Sigiriya as a base for visiting the cultural triangle. The staff are lovely and in particular Tishan was super. So kind, friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again.
